So in the case of issues it is no longer necessary to communicate via anonymous hotlines or nameless mailboxes, your personal communication partners will take care of all such concerns for you. Sometimes it is necessary to get in touch quickly, if something doesn’t work. Our logistics team is always ready: Within 48 hours an replacement will be there and your training can go on as usual. Of course there are wearing parts at least the equipment is frequently in use. But we also have a solution for that: All replacement parts are inexpensive and quickly exchangeable, from the electrode to the battery. Uncomplicated and quick.
